- Understand the basic theories, practices, and skills needed to effectively practice Collaborative Law
- Learn how the Collaborative Law model is designed to work with interpersonal relationships, client-centered solutions and uses a team approach
- Acquire the tools needed to practice Collaborative Law successfully
- Learn the dynamics of interpersonal conflict and effective communication
- Learn, observe, and participate in the skills needed to take a case from the first interview to the final documents
