JEFFREY S. GOODMAN, ESQ. - Jeff received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University in 1984 and his B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1981. Jeff regards amicable dispute resolution as the core mission of an attorney’s work and has applied all forms of alternate dispute resolution to facilitate the settlement of his clients’ problems including arbitration, mediation, structured settlement, and collaboration. Jeff trained in collaborative family law in 2001 and has attended as well as presented at dozens of trainings since then. Jeff has served in leadership positions in the CACP, including as Co-Chair in 2014-16. Jeff is also a family law mediator. Jeff’s law practice concentrates in family law and predominately in collaboration. Jeff believes fervently that his mission is to help bring positive change to the families he works with as they begin a new chapter in their lives.

ERINN McKEE HANNIGAN, ESQ. - Erinn is an Honors College graduate of Ball State University and received her law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2002. She earned a Certificate of child law from Loyola by concentrating her legal studies in the areas of child and family law. She was admitted to the North Carolina bar in 2002 and the Ohio bar in 2006. Erinn is a bit unique in that she chose to attend law school for the sole purpose of becoming a domestic relations attorney. Upon graduation, she kept true to her goal and practices exclusively in domestic relations. Erinn works hard to help guide her clients towards their new normal. She works not only within the court system in litigation as an attorney for children or as a GAL but aids her clients in various forms of alternative dispute resolution practices as well. Erinn served as the co-chair of CACP and continues to serve on the board of the organization. Erinn is a member of the Domestic Relations Sections of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, the Association of Family and Conciliatory Courts and the International Association of Collaborative Professionals. Erinn is consistently named a Super Lawyer in Ohio since 2007 and was named as one of the Top 25 Women Lawyers in Cincinnati in 2016 and 2019.

BARBARA HUMMEL, M.Ed., LPC - Barbara is a Licensed Professional Counselor working in private practice in Cincinnati, Ohio since 1988. As a counselor, she works with individual adults and couples. Before beginning her Collaborative Divorce work, Barbara conducted Effective Parenting seminars for 15 years, authored numerous articles addressing family issues and communication skills and appeared on local television and radio segments focused on topics related to effective parenting, successful co-parenting relationships, stepfamilies and divorce.

Barbara began working as a Family Relations Specialist in the Collaborative Divorce process in 2001 and completed her training in family mediation in 2004. Her work focuses on assisting couples and families in conflict resolve their differences and develop more respectful relationships. Barbara is a past Co-Chair for CACP and has served on the local board for over ten years. Currently, Barbara is a faculty member for the IACP.

Barbara is an experienced Collaborative trainer, who presents interdisciplinary Collaborative trainings nationally and internationally. She was part of a training team introducing Interdisciplinary Collaborative practice in Italy, which included six trainings over a five-year time frame. Barbara conducts annual advanced trainings at the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals Annual Forum. Barbara is a dynamic, experienced presenter, who is well known for her effective work with clients and Collaborative professionals.

TERRY L. YOHO, CPA-ABV, MA, CFE, CFF - Terry is the Director of Valuations at the regional CPA firm of Flagel Huber Flagel (FHF). Named as one of the Top Ten Women in Accounting in the Business and Professional Women’s Journal and an ATHENA Award finalist, she is an author and guest speaker at seminars for attorneys, accountants, judges, law enforcement, and the public. With a Master of Accountancy degree from Case Western Reserve University, her trial experience is extensive including appearances in both federal and state courts. She is also active in professional organizations including serving as a current member and Past President of the Certified Fraud Examiners Association Chapter, Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals – Treasurer and future Co-Chair 2020-2021, Past Chairman of the Management Services Committee of the OSCPA, the Academy of Northern Kentucky Collaborative Professionals, Estate Planning Council, and Past Foundation Director of eWomen Network Chapter. She has more than 25 years of diversified business valuation, financial and forensic accounting experience, including the successful use of statistical and factual evidence. The net result of Terry’s efforts as part of several collaborative teams is empowering clients with the understanding and confidence in not only the amount of their financial assets, but also their financial creative options and potential outcomes. Terry enjoys helping clients succeed by enhancing their understanding of financial matters (e.g., investments, options, businesses, cash flow, support, creative financing, etc.), and striving to meet the collaborative team’s needs and deadlines.
